Why is my MAG box stuck on the 'Loading' screen?

This is a very common issue that almost always means one of two things: either the portal URL was entered incorrectly, or your device's MAC address has not yet been activated on our server. First, please double-check the portal URL for any typos. If it is correct, contact our support team to verify that your MAC address has been successfully activated.

Can I use an M3U link with my MAG box instead of a portal?

No. MAG boxes are specialized devices designed to work with IPTV portals. They do not function well with M3U links. The portal method is the only one we support for these devices as it ensures a stable connection, a user-friendly interface, and a fully functional EPG (TV Guide).

Step-by-Step Installation Guide for MAG Box

Follow these simple steps to get our IPTV Provider running on your MAG Box. The entire process should only take a few minutes.

Find & Provide Your MAC Address

Connect your MAG box to your TV and internet.
Find the unique MAC address on the sticker on the bottom of the device (it starts with 00:1A:79).
Provide this full MAC address to us when you order your subscription.

Access the 'Inner Portal'

Restart your MAG box. While it's loading, press the 'SET' or 'GEAR' button on your remote repeatedly to enter the 'Inner Portal' settings menu.

Configure the Server Portal

Using your remote, navigate to 'Servers' > 'Portals'.
In the 'Portal 1 URL' field, enter the portal address from your subscription email.
Press 'OK' to save.

Reboot and Launch

Press 'EXIT' to return to the main menu, then select the option to 'Reboot Portal' or 'Reboot Device'. The device will restart and automatically load the IPTV portal.
