Our Philosophy
At IPTVProvider.me, we aim to offer the most reliable directory of streams available. However, because our service is a digital product with immediate access, we generally operate on a no-refund basis for activated subscriptions.
That said, we are reasonable people. If we fail to deliver the service you paid for due to a fault on our end, we will make it right.
When Do We Offer Refunds?
Refunds are rare but may be granted in specific, verifiable situations:
- Service Non-Delivery: You paid for a subscription, but we failed to send you credentials or activate your account within 24 hours.
- Persistent Technical Failure: The service is completely unusable (e.g., 90%+ downtime) for more than 72 hours, and our support team has been unable to resolve the issue after you contacted us. This excludes issues caused by your own ISP, device, or internet connection.
- Duplicate Charge: You were accidentally billed twice for the same billing cycle.
When Are Refunds NOT Granted?
We cannot issue refunds for reasons outside our control or policy, such as:
- Channel Lineup Changes: We do not host the content. Third-party providers may change their channel lists at any time. A missing specific channel is not grounds for a full refund.
- Device Issues: Your device is incompatible, or you don't know how to set it up. We provide guides, but we cannot troubleshoot every hardware configuration.
- Internet Issues: Buffering caused by your ISP throttling connection speeds or poor local WiFi.
- "Change of Mind": You simply decided you don't want the service after using it.
Requesting a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under this policy:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase.
- Provide your order details (Transaction ID, Email used).
- Explain clearly the technical issue you are facing and what steps you have already taken to resolve it.
We review every request manually. If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
