Intellectual Property & DMCA Compliance
Effective Date: January 21, 2026
Our Stance on Copyright
At IPTVProvider.me ("we", "us", "our"), we take intellectual property rights seriously. We operate as a search directory and index for media content available publicly on the internet. Crucially, we do not host, store, or transmit any video or audio files on our own servers. Our service merely links to or indexes content provided by third parties, similar to how search engines function.
Despite our limited role as an indexer, we are fully committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and protecting the rights of content creators. It is our strict policy to respond promptly to clear, valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright holder—or authorized to act on behalf of one—and you believe that content accessible via our service infringes your rights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA. To facilitate a quick resolution, your notice must include the following specific information:
- Identification of the Work: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, a representative list is sufficient.
- Location of Infringing Material: Specific details to help us locate the material. This must include the exact URL(s) on our site where the link or reference appears. Note: Broad claims against a channel name without specific URLs may impede our ability to act.
- Your Contact Info: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address so we can communicate with you.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy Statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification Process
If we have removed content or disabled access to a link based on a copyright claim that you believe is erroneous (e.g., due to misidentification), you have the right to file a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must be in writing and include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed/disabled and its prior location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, along with consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or our district if you are outside the U.S.).
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in question within 10-14 business days, unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action to restrain the infringing activity.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. This is a core part of our commitment to maintaining a compliant and respectful ecosystem.
