Biography

Emma Thompson joined IPTV Provider after six years leading customer experience at a UK-based streaming subscription service. She built our troubleshooting decision trees and the refund quality criteria we use when scoring providers.

Emma has personally handled more than 2,000 viewer support cases and uses anonymized patterns from those conversations to decide which failure modes (buffering, EPG gaps, billing disputes) deserve their own guide. She also mystery-shops IPTV provider support at signup, month one, and month three to verify advertised SLAs.
